The Women of Luke 8 Day 19

“Soon afterwards he went on through cities and villages, proclaiming and bringing the good news of the kingdom of God. The twelve were with him, as well as some women who had been cured of evil spirits and infirmities: Mary, called Magdalene, from whom seven demons had gone out, and Joanna, the wife of Herod’s steward Chuza, and Susanna, and many others, who provided for them out of their resources.”

Luke 8:1-3

The women of Luke 8 provided for the ministry of Jesus out of their resources. Today, I encourage you to think about how you can use your own resources to support the ministry of others.

What resources do you have? Financial A talent A skill A word of encouragement Arms to carry A car to run an errand A smile An ear to listen A notecard and a stamp Food in your pantry Clothes and other household items you no longer need A tool to be borrowed Experience with a similar situation Your prayers The possibilities are endless!
