What I Know For Sure
This month I will be celebrating my 39th birthday. I feel myself aging as little gray hairs slowly pop out of my head. At the same time, I feel as young as a child when I chase the ice ream truck, eat too much macaroni and cheese from the blue box, and color in a coloring book. Often times we read people sharing what they know for sure as they approach milestones such as their birthday (thanks Oprah for the trend). So today, I want to share with you 39 things I know for sure!
God loves you.
God loves you.
God loves you.
God loves you even In those moments when you struggle to love yourself.
God loves you when you are completely overwhelmed.
God loves you when you are ashamed.
God loves you when you are confused.
God loves you when you feel lost.
God loves you when you feel abandoned.
God loves you when you just lost it and yelled at your children.
God loves you when you are fighting with a best friend.
God loves you when you are struggling in a conflict with your spouse.
God loves you when you are grieving.
God loves you when you are hurting.
God loves you when you are struggling with depression.
God loves you when you are overcome with joy.
God loves you when the storm is raging.
God loves you when you struggle with jealousy.
God loves you when you feel inadequate.
God loves you when you take a risk.
God loves you when you take the time to show love to someone else.
