“Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known.”

Jeremiah 33:3

The Bible is clear. If we call out to God when we are seeking answers, God will answer us! As you begin a new week this week, I want you to start by calling out to God. Where are the places in your life and in your heart that you need answers? Where do you need direction? Where are you seeking purpose? Where do you need closure? Where are the new beginnings God is leading you to embark upon? Cry out to God.

Then wait, look, and listen for the answers.

Scripture guarantees answers will come to you, and it could be in variety of ways.

God answers in an unexpected email in a still small voice in a loud clanging shout through the warmth and glow of the sun in an unexpected phone call as a child takes your hand in a piece of Scripture in a feeling from your gut in lyrics from a song in a conversation with a dear friend in an overheard conversation from a stranger through a dream in the middle of the night by unexpected money peace through the song of a bird in a work of art through a getaway to a new place in worship on a walk in God’s creation by an unexpected gift in a note through words from the book you are reading in a moment of silence and solitude

Wherever or however you hear God speak this week, may you respond to the words placed on your heart.
